ਪੰਜਵੀਂਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ।
ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਗੱਦੀ ਰੱਬੀ ਨੂਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਚੌਹਾਂ ਮਸ਼ਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੋ ਨੂੰ ਚਮਕਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਸੀ । ਆਪਣੀ ਉੱਚਤਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹ, ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਗੱਦੀ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ, ਉੱਚੇ ਅਸਥਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਰੁਤਬੇ ਵਾਲੇ, ਉਚੇਰੇ ਰੱਬੀ ਸ਼ਾਨ ਸ਼ੋਕਤ ਵਾਲੇ, ਸੱਚ ਦੇ ਪਾਲਣਹਾਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਦਾ ਪਰਸਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ, ਪੰਜਾਂ ਪਵਿੱਤ੍ਰ ਸ਼ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਕਿਧਰੇ ਵਡੇਰਾ ਸੀ । ਉਹ ਉੱਚੀ ਦਰਗਾਹ ਦਾ ਲਾਡਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਨਜ਼ੀਰ ਦਰਬਾਰ ਦਾ ਪਿਆਰਾ ਸੀ । ਉਹ ਰੱਬ ਵਿਚ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਰੱਬ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਾਤ ਵਿਚ ਸੀ । ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿਫਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਰਨਣ ਸਾਡੀ ਜੀਭ ਦੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੈ । ਖਾਸ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਦੀ ਧੂੜ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਰੱਬੀ ਫ਼ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਪਨਾਹ ਦੀ ਛਤਰ ਛਾਇਆ ਹੇਠ ਹਨ । ਸੰਸਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਕ ਲੜੀ ਵਿਚ ਪਰੋਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਰੱਬ ਦੀ ਏਕਤਾ ਦਰਸਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਰਜਨ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਅਲਿਫ ਹਰ ਨਿਰਾਸੇ ਤੇ ਧ੍ਰਿਕਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦੇਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ । ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਰੇ ਹਰ ਥੱਕੇ-ਟੁੱਟੇ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਮਾਣੇ ਦਾ ਮਿੱਤ੍ਰ ਹੈ । ਉਸ ਦੀ ਰੱਬੀ ਸੁਗੰਧੀ ਵਾਲੀ ਜੀਮ ਪੱਕੇ ਸਿਕਦਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਜ਼ਗੀ ਬਖਸ਼ਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੈ । ਬਖਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਦਾ ਸਾਥੀ ਨੂੰਨ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਵਾਜਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ।
Fifth Guru, Guru Arjan Dev Ji. The fifth Guru, the burnisher of the flames of the previous four Gurus of heavenly glow, was the fifth successor to the divine seat of Guru Nanak. He was the withholder of the truth and the disseminator of the brilliance of Akaalpurakh, a teacher of high status with spiritual ostentation because of his own greatness and his rank was a way higher than the five sacred sections of the society. He was the favorite of the heavenly shrine and a beloved of the extraordinary divine court. He was one with God and vice versa. Our tongue is incapable to describe his virtues and kudos. Persons of distinction are the dust of his path, and the heavenly angels are under his auspicious patronage. The letter 'Alif' in the word Arjan that implies to weave the whole world into one link and is the proponent of the unity of Waaheguru, is the supporter and helper to every hopeless, cursed and disdained person. The 'Ray' in his name is the friend of every tired, languid and exhausted individual. The heavenly aromatic 'Jeem' blesses freshness to the faithful and the companion of largess, 'Noon', patronizes the devoted believers.
पंजवीं पातशाही ।
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂਜੀਓਸਤ।
Waaheguru is the Truth,
वाहिगुरू जीओ सत ।
ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂਜੀਓਹਾਜ਼ਰਨਾਜ਼ਰਹੈ।
Waaheguru is Omnipresent
वाहिगुरू जीओ हाज़र नाज़र है ।
ਗੁਰੂਅਰਜਨਜੁਮਲਾਜੂਦੋਫ਼ਜ਼ਾਲ।
ਗੁਰੂ ਅਰਜਨ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਵਡਿਆਈ ਦਾ ਰੂਪ ਹੈ,
Guru Arjan is the personification of bestowals and praises,
गुरू अरजन जुमला जूदो फ़ज़ाल ।
ਹਕੀਕਤਪਜ਼ੋਹਿੰਦਾਇਹੱਕਜਮਾਲ੭੫।।
ਰੱਬੀ ਸ਼ਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਸਲੀਅਤ ਦਾ ਢੂੰਡਣਹਾਰਾ ਹੈ ।
And, is the searcher of the reality of the glory of Akaalpurakh. (75)
हकीकत पज़ोहिंदाइ हक जमाल ।७५।
ਵਜੂਦਸ਼ਹਮਾਰਹਿਮਤਿਈਜ਼ਦੀ।
ਉਸਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਵਜੂਦ ਰੱਬ ਦੀ ਰਹਿਮਤ ਦਾ ਝਲਕਾਰਾ ਹੈ,
His entire body is the glimpse and reflection of the kindness and benevolence of Akaalpurakh,
वजूदश हमा रहिमति ईज़दी ।
ਸਆਦਤਫਜ਼ਾਇੰਦਇਸਰਮਦੀ੭੬।।
ਅਤੇ ਸਦੀਵੀ ਨੇਕ ਗੁਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ ।
And, is the propagator of the eternal virtues. (76)
सआदत फज़ाइंदइ सरमदी ।७६।
ਮੁਰੀਦਸ਼ਦੋਆਲਮਚਿਹਬਲਸਦਹਜ਼ਾਰ।
ਦੋ ਜਹਾਨ ਕੀ, ਲੱਖਾਂ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਮੁਰੀਦ ਹਨ,
What to speak of just two worlds, he had millions of followers,
मुरीदश दो आलम चिह बल सद हज़ार ।
ਹਮਾਕਰਮਹਾਇਊਜੁੱਰਾਅਖ਼੍ਵਾਰ੭੭।।
ਸਾਰੇ ਹੀ ਉਸਦੀ ਮਿਹਰ ਦੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਰੂਪੀ ਘੁਟ ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਨ ।
All of them are drinking gulps of divine nectar of his kindness. (77)
हमा करमहाइ ऊ जुराअ क़्वार ।७७।
ਅਜ਼ੋਨਜ਼ਮਕਾਲਿਹੱਕਅੰਦੇਸ਼ਾਰਾ।
ਰੱਬੀ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਵਾਲੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਉਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਉਤਰਦੀ ਹੈ,
Verses full of divine thought comes down out of him,
अज़ो नज़म कालि हक अंदेशा रा ।
ਬਦੋਨਸਕਇਲਇਯਕੀਂ-ਪੇਸ਼ਾਰਾ੭੮।।
ਸਿਦਕ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਵਾਲੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਲੇਖ ਵੀ ਉਸੇ ਦੇ ਹੀ ਹਨ ।
And, faith and trust-revealing essays, full of spiritual enlightenment, are also from him. (78)
बदो नसक इलइ यकीं-पेशा रा ।७८।
ਜਲਾਇਮਕਾਲਿਹੱਕਆਮਦਅਜ਼ੋ।
ਰੱਬੀ ਗਿਆਨ ਗੋਸ਼ਟ ਨੂੰ ਉਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਚਮਕ ਦਮਕ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੈ,
Divine thought and conversation get the glitter and shine from him,
जलाइ मकालि हक आमद अज़ो ।
ਫ਼ਰੋਗ਼ਿਜਮਾਲਿਹੱਕਆਮਦਅਜ਼ੋ੭੯।।
ਰੱਬੀ ਹੁਸਨ ਨੂੰ ਉਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਨਿਖਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਖੇੜਾ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ।
And, the divine beauty also gets its freshness and bloom from him.(79)
फ़रोग़ि जमालि हक आमद अज़ो ।७९।
